Encoded Voice Files

Why not put the pre-encoded voice files up on FO3 nexus. Call it "HD Voice Files". Wouldn't that get around the game files sharing restriction?

That violates another law. Doing that is uploading licensed files for public use without authorization.

Yeah but we may have a solution now that doesn't require re-encoding the files, I've got to test it soon.
