MCM causes insta crashes. (I am serious, intend no trolling)

As you see, this LO contains the mods that work.
And I didn't install NMC.
But the game insta crashes when I install MCM including 1.5 update and mods require it.
(Installed MCM and other mods with FOMM Fork)

a few people say unpacking the fomod and installing it manually 'solved' the issue with it, should I try that?

EDIT: should I restart fomm fork with administrator privilege?

FOMM is outdated and lacks features. You'd be better off switching to MO2. I used to swear by FOMM, but I use MO2 these days.

If MO2 handles fomods exceptionally better than FOMM Fork, then I'll consider it.
Saw the MCM thread, a few people have reported similar issues.
Is it something to do with w10 or UIO?

Internet Explorer is set to handle XML files in my computer.
Should I change it so notepad or something else can handle them instead?

Make sure you installed the required VC++ redist.
