TTW for New California?

I only recently discovered the new california mod, Is there a way to get it to work with TTW?

Without gamebreaking issues, no.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.

There's a patch on the nexus that let's you.But if you use it,you need to address any issues you encounter only to the maker of that patch.And even then,the way they patched the two games is real spotty.So use at your own risk.
