So I recently got back into fallout and I used to have TTW, I attempted to re-install it and it gave me the error of "BSA Files are decompressed", I re-installed about 3 times as it said but it still came up with the same error, How do you fix this?, I also disabled all my mods.
Edit: I never uninstalled TTW, That was the issue, It is fixed now.

If you're trying to install TTW using games that were modded before, it's advisable to uninstall and delete all the mods, then uninstall FO3 and/or FNV and reinstall the games, then install TTW.
That is why TTW requirements say "Vanilla games".
