As to stuff from NV in DC, some things are added as part of TTW by default. There are some mods that add more in places. The better ones are

You'll notice that two are in the releases thread and shouldn't need to be linked here if you had actually looked before asking. The other is at the nexus, but has been talked about here in a few threads. You may or may not have noticed even if you did look over the threads first, so you get a pass on that one.

Considering the nature of the internet, I consider myself to be quite civil here... I have had a long history of needless criticism in forums like these. Two of the above posters were condescending for the sake of condescension.

I will admit that I have not dug too deep on this subject. I have trouble consuming mass amounts of information. I develop a kind of 'shelf blindness' where you go through a store and have hundreds of things that are similar and you cant find the one thing you want so your vision glazes over... I tend to not look so deeply on purpose because I have been in situations where I have read countless articles on a given subject and still never found that one bite of information I needed, so I would much rather just come to a question board and ask a question rather than stress for a few hours without results.

If some people find that offensive, I really dont care. My strengths and weaknesses are different from theirs. I am not responsible for pleasing them...

Please refrain from being rude, flaming or "poking" each other (this goes for everyone). I haven't had the time to moderate this place properly for months now, don't take advantage of that to start a useless internet flame war.

This is a modding project forum, not 4chan or whatever.
Anyway, be civil to each other, if anyone wants to behave like little kids, do it in PM or just somewhere else.

I actually made my post about "chilling out" after a post from Lyaneri that had no other function but trying to inflate the situation. That post was later removed by me because it was reported and I agreed with the report:

So no, I didn't tell the OP to chill out, I told everyone that would come by and try to start a flame war (like the post that was later removed) to chill out... I guess it didn't work.

I also got a request to close this thread, since it has served it's course and could be used to start a flaming situation, I decided to not close it and let it reach it's natural end by itself. I guess I should have locked this thread after all, since you came by without knowing the full story and start insults and flaming again.

Well, I will have to close this thread if anyone else posts something not relevant to it or posts more stuff just to be rude or with the intent of flaming. This is my last warning.

Alright, I'm going to explain my point of view here in hopes to defuse situation so we can bury war hatchet.
First I want to apologize for trolling and reacting like I reacted. I'm sorry.
I'm honestly not trying to provoke anyone in here but just explain myself as it appears to be misunderstanding.

Ok, so angrychimp makes a topic asking about what is this mod. Since there is rather extensive explanation on both FAQ and in forums themselves I though that he simply could not be bothered to read all that and would just rather make new topic asking it.
Also his post looked (and still does now that I read it again) rather derogatory to modding community:
I went to nexus mods and found nothing but tweaks and bs for TTW but no base mod itself... Yes, lets tweak the thing we dont have... Thats intellectually viable...

Lyndi answered with informative yet lightly scolding answer kinda saying: "It's explained in FAQ man, come on don't be lazy read it"

Then Risewild had rather heartily, wholesome response that probably took him a while. Maybe it was piece of cake to him but for me such long posts are rather exhausting. He is taking care of family member throughout whole day and has very little time to visit this forum and seeing him making such wholesome response to someone who can't even read bit of documentation just made me sad. (I don't think now that angrychimp didn't read FAQ and forums but by the time of reading that post it looked like that to me)

And then angrychimp responded to Lyndi that at that time looked several times more harsher, arrogant and offensive than Lyndi's post. Completely shitting on him. That response ground my gears. angrychimp's answer to Risewild after that was misunderstood on my side since my jimmies where rustled. I just saw him shitting on Bethesda and talking about himself some more.

Risewild wrote another wholesome post and angrychimp responded with still being confused of what this is.

So what I (wrongly) concluded from this thread is that angrychimp is someone who is rude and disrespectful to modding community and can't be bothered to read instructions; but at the same time expects from people to give him polite, wholesome answers and listen to what he has to say about himself.

So yeah, I decided to prod you a bit in part cus I'm an ass but also because I felt bit sorry for people responding to you, sorry man, I apologize.

TTW is the Lone Wanderer can now become The Courier basically.

It's a fantastic adventure and yes it works great... Only downside is a lot of other mods don't work with it or cause minor problems (especially the newest version), check the incompatibilities page. But a few good ones do, like AWOP and DC Interiors for adding a ton of new content. I think TTW also adds some cut content from FO3 if I'm not mistaken? And yes you can play on hardcore mode plus ENB's and texture mods, and radio station mods for a fairly decent amount of realism. I also have B42 grenade hotkey mod and it works fine.
