MCM help

I went through the tutorial to install TTW. Mod Organizer is preached but it doesn't just install MCM. 3.2 by itself with mod organizer has no MCM. The problem is once I've done the whole 2 hours to 8 hrs whichever install plus MCM bug fix etc, MCM just doesn't pop up in game, I get error of missing mod menu files, c++ etc up to date. Then on google, there's various complicated move file here, go in. type this, do that. All to get MCM.... isn't MCM essential? I'm quite exhausted by this point and have uninstalled both fallouts and all of,,.. everything. Be nice if there was just a VERY SIMPLE, click drag, overright , boom, manual installed into TTW.

Also lucky me, I install TTW, then in video later it says install it seperate. ehhhhhhhhhhh. I did rewind and start over, but thats the point. exhaustedd... I WOULD LOVE to forget all this and download a DAMN mod compilation base and plop it in. Done. Didn't find any online.

Maybbe I'm requesting to include MCM as apart of base install of TTW

Your doing something wrong if you cant get MCM installed.Also,MCM isnt needed for TTW.You could just play it without it.

Its not needed for a vanilla experience. What about other mods. I wanted Nevada (Core) and Darned UI. Mods like those need MCM for the menu. I'll try again and install .

I need the tweaking options at minimum for experience and loot availability, and vendor pricing. Reduce them all to low amounts. Selling to vendors and caps earned, low amounts.

Have you installed the MCM BugFix 2, which is available on the same MCM page?

Yes I did. Im considering maybe go without. See what mods I can use. I do remember having this problem before 3-4 years ago. It may be linked with DARN UI. I don't know. I'll keep cranking at it. Long time ago got it to magically work. Then said never again. Coff coff here again.

I found this on google.. Definitely likely the problem. case closed. MCM was the first install.

MCM wont show unless theres a mod it can mess with.

Im also having problems with MCM. For me it posts! but the thing is theres no mods in it so then I spend a whole day just tinkering and now It shows maybe one or another mod but it doesnt show all of them!!! But after playing with the load order my fucking CURSOR DISAPPEARED HAHAHAH. I think im gonna do a fresh install lmao
