hooker animation broken

So ive tried to find an answer in the past for why in my game the hookers animations are completely broken. They float mid air with their arms stretched out in front of them. It must be a mod but ive never downloaded any animation mods.

Ive tried disabling every mod and starting a new save but it is still present, even with just new vegas.
Might just find an animation mod to replace that but couldnt find any, any recommendation if i cant fix the animations. thanks
