Vats Bug, always 95% with companion
So yeah. With any companion (tested with veronica, boon, willow, jericho and dogmeat) following me my vats chances are 95% on every body part, and from any distance. With dogmeat its 90% but the same thing. Soon as I dismiss them the vats chances go back to normal. Kinda ruins everything for me as I'd prefer the normal percentages and I just end up not using any followers. Is it related to TTW? if not, has anyone ever heard of this before?

I never heard of this issue before 
. I just quickly tested with only Jericho and then Dogmeat and Jericho and my VATS chances are normal using several guns (Assault Rifle, Combat Shotgun and Paulson's Revolver).
I have no idea how to fix this, I assume a mod is interfering with your VATS, so finding out which one and remove it is the only thing I can think of.
