Verified integrity through steam Infinite loading screens

I verified the integrity of Fallout New Vegas through steam trying to fix my super long load times without knowing that that would kill my TTW install. It said that it found 13 corrupt files which it soon replaced. Is there anything I can do to repair my TTW install or will I have to do a fresh install? (I believe the load times was simply from my load order being wrong which I found out after verifying the integrity through steam)

Manually delete everything, reinstall.

Super long load times are caused by bad mods.
