Just did a fresh install of TTW with both GOTY editions and the updated JIP. I read that this issue can be caused by a UI mod but I've never downloaded mods for both of these games. Any help?

Also OS + any non-mods installed, like NVAC and NVSR. In particular, NVSR can and usually does crash on Windows 10.

Problem was resolved in discord, the plugins were not enabled.
