Rivet City guard package

Rivet City guard package

I noticed that there 3-4 guards parked in one space on the rivet city side of the bridge, right outside the market door. Harkness and Danvers are also there. I have not gone to lab for Scientific Pursuits or started the Harkness quest so not sure if some trigger has not been met to override whatever package is keeping them there. But they dont move from that spot.

I did visit the lab very early in my game to grab the bobblehead.

You are using an incompatible mod which has broken the navmeshes.

I can't see anything that would unless clarity has dirty edits.

Thanks for looking. Anything I need to look for to rectify the edits?

EDIT:
I loaded the game without TTW Clarity in my order and the guards are where there supposed to be. Maybe I did something wrong, but I got it from the NV nexas site in the optional section

EDIT2:
Might add with Clarity loaded guards are where their supposed to be. I just completed the Galaxy quest and got the location of dad in the vault from the holotapes in the water basin plant, have not been to the garage/vault yet though.
