No menu when starting the game

No menu when starting the game
So i installed tale of two wastelands using mod organizer 2 and when i run the game there is no menu.I have tried reinstalling a couple of times but it does not work.I also have jip ln nvse installed.I don't know what to do please help.

Found the problem.You just have to wait a little bit for it to show up.

Bethesda games always take a while for the main menu to show, and the more/bigger mods you have installed, the longer it takes. Back when I was running Fallout 3 with ~220 mods installed, it would take a couple minutes to show the menu at start.
