If your outcast T51s are shining neon bright in the wasteland night here's a fix.
You probably installed some mod that changes the default T51b mesh to look for glow maps and the outcast one doesn't have one.
With this it will. The fomod comes with a blank glow map file, you can replace that with your own if you have one.
