Bug - Stuck at Vault 101 Exit

Basically choosing the Small Frame trait adds 1 AGL point. So when exiting vault 101 if you happen to choose Edit SPECIAL at the prompt you're gonna be stuck in this screen

I'm not sure if it's a TTW bug or a darnified TTW one.

Either you aren't on 3.2.2 or your JIPNVSE is out of date.
