Sargent RL-3... Again

So, this topic has come up in one or two threads since 2012, so it's by no means a new problem. RL-3 won't fire his weapon. From my understanding, RL-3's inventory is completely empty. I do not know how to make a merged patch, nor do I know much in general about FNV-Edit. Is someone able/willing to help me with this? share a guide? Or even something I can throw into my load order?

Do you have more info on this? Are you using the latest 3.2.2 of TTW and what is your mods load order?
I just went and hired Sergeant RL-3 and he uses both his plasma pistol and flamethrower on an albino scorpion although his rate of fire seems slow. In short I did not have the problem you mentioned. I'm on TTW 3.2.2 and my LO is as below:

Looking at your mods, some of them I'm not even sure what they are or that they are even compatible with TTW. Sometimes it is a combination of incompatible mods that will break something imo. Go to FNVEdit and check for any conflict (if you want to mod efficiently you will have to learn to do it) or use the old method of disabling mods one by one to find the culprit.

My simple LO (It's pretty close to vanilla TTW) is an example that the issue you faced has something to do with one or more of your mods since the Sergeant RL-3 in my game fires his main & alt weapon normally. Lastly since I use FOMM as my mod manager the only thing I can tell you about MO is to use MO2 (if you have not already).
