fallout 3 distance
so i was wondering around fallout 3 and started to notice repeating things in the distance just a bunch of garbage in the distance as i move closer to it, it goes away but everywhere i look in the distance there are just repeating textures it looks like there is junk everywheres

You installed a mod, NMC for example, which overrides the correct LOD textures atlas bundled with TTW.
