Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and new to Tale of Two Wastelands. I've finally decided to give it a go over the coming months and I could do with some advice on modding TTW, as I want to keep the game as stable as possible and avoid any mishaps where I can.
So basically all I'm wondering is the do's and don'ts when it comes to modding TTW, What I should and shouldn't use and what will straight up break the game. I would like to use Weapons of the New Millenia but since there isn't a version available for TTW 3.2 I will have to mess around with it myself. If I were to Patch WOTNM and implement the weapons into the Capital Wasteland via the level lists and vendor lists to suit my liking, is it likely to break anything? Or am I okay to go ahead and add any weapon/armour mods I have to the level lists etc.
When it comes to the GECK, can I? and should I open TTW in the GECK? as to implement a lot of the mods I would like into the Capital Wasteland or is that something I should stay clear of?
The only other questions I have are about ENB's, Will they work okay with TTW or am I asking for trouble? If yes, please recommend some ENB's that work well in both wastelands.

You can patch WotNM yourself but you'll have to learn to adjust the sighting nodes to work with the fixed animations in TTW.
Basically don't use mods for NV that don't have patches or are known to be bad. Always check everything in FNVEdit for conflicts and resolve them, this should be done regardless of playing Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas or Tale of Two Wasteland or any other Bethesda game.
Yes you can open TTW fine in GECK, you should check the GECK extender page and use it as well as use the patch available there to make GECK much more stable and TTW friendly. Just don't make TTW the active file (or any other plugin not made by you). You'll have to clean the dirty edits out afterwards, I'm working to minimize them and hopefully we can fix GECK not put them in in the first place.
I personally dislike ENB so can't offer any advice. I will recommend New Vegas Reloaded when the update drops as it is far superior to ENB.
