TTW menu isnt showing up/NVAC preventing crash on startup

So recently i decided to start playing ttw again, so i installed it, got my mods and for some reason the game loads up but there is no main menu, just the splashscreens and music. I have tried multiple clean installs, starting the game with just the Fallout 3 and New Vegas esms, even just starting the game with only the New Vegas esms activated. This problem happens opening with nvse and opening through the New Vegas launcher. I know that missing master files is usually the cause for this but i know this isnt the case considering ive checked for missing masters using fnvedit and manually and there are none. Weird thing is, ive played ttw on this same machine with the exact same mods i had to reinstall this time around a while ago and i never had this issue, it worked fine, maybe theres been an update since then idk. I havent tried the 3.3.2 patch so maybe that could be the issue but idk. Id really like some help because im at a loss and have no idea what to try after trying literally everything i can, any help is appreciated, thanks.
