Constant Crashing After Fresh Install

Title says it all. Feels like I'm trying to play FO3 without TTW. Never had this many issues until I updated to 3.x

Using NVSR and NVAC.
After reinstalling I now crash in the early game 100% of the time. Most of the time I can't even get into the game before it black screens or CTDs.
It's almost as if each time I launch the game it gets worse.

GTX 1070 FE
24GB Ram @2133
500GB Samsung 860 Evo(FO3, FNV, and TTW are on this drive)

If you're on Windows 10, get rid of NVSR.
