Missing building textures?!

Whats up guys! So ive recently done a fresh install of FNV and F3 with TTW. Installed approved 3.2 mods for TTW and went into the game. Running into paradise falls, i find that there are buildings that are missing their textures. So its basically an invisible building. I've attached pictures of the buildings as well as my mod list and settings for my enb which i havent configured yet so if thats the problem maybe someone can help me choose the best settings? This is an issue with your crummy ENB preset, turn off fixtransparencybugs in enblocal.ini
