What mod manager are you guys using.

Did you delete the .override files? If so, restore them.

Are you sure sArchiveList is in the FalloutCustom.ini ? You may need to copy that line to Fallout.ini depending on what manager you are using.

MO2 fully supports FalloutCustom.ini so it should work that, but I've heard Vortex and NMM can have issues with it.
I did not delete the .override files

I added the sArchiveList from the FAQ to my Fallout.ini before I had posted here.

I have been using the old Nexus manager and FOMM when it didn't want to install the MCM or other .fomod files. I haven't even heard of MO2 before now but I'll give it a shot.

Okay, so I completely deleted BOTH Fallout 3 and New Vegas and redownloaded them, installed MO2, reinstalled TTW into MO2's mods folder (which I moved out of the appdata folder as per the install video), enabled it in MO2, made sure the custom ini and load orders were correct, launched from MO2 using the FalloutNV.exe and not the nvse executable (again, as per the video) and still the same audio issue...

Forgot to mention that there are NO mods present in the current install, save for the YUP included with TTW

No idea, something with your system or audio device or settings.

I am using an ancient version of MO1 across a bunch of different hard drives and symlinking random stuff, due to a lot of computer issues over the past.
I wish I could pm dearman but this forum system literally wont let me lmao.
I installed just 3.2 on a fresh install of both the game with newly downloaded steam files using the non compressed voices, same issue. It has to be related to hardware I guess at this point im assuming. Dearman do you have a discord or something I can add you on. Im OCD as hell and I wont be able to play the game with these issues.
Also I know my setup sounds like a clusterfuck but it was working flawlessly until I updated to 3.2 this week.
Maybe its something installer related since im using a newly installed version of windows and im missing some kind of runtime or something. But its so weird that it only manifests in this way and that npcs dont even move their mouths and its not even all of them. Puzzling indeed. If you are missing audio files dont the npcs still move their mouths?
