No falloutcustom.ini created on install. Missing meshes probably because of it

No falloutcustom.ini created on install. Missing meshes probably because of it
So I ran the game and found out that I have these red diamonds pop up everywhere and after a quick read I found out I had to copy my falloutcustom.ini in the MO profile. Problem is I don't have a falloutcustom.ini created in the folder. Any ideas? I would rather not install the whole thing again.
