Time Scale
Is the a way to change the time scale with out screwing up the game? If so I'd really like to know because I usually play the game at a rate of 6 and playing the game at a default 20 makes the days go by really fast. I'm okay with fixing the issue my self as long as someone can point me in the right direction on what I should change. Thank you in advance.

The default is 30 not 20.
No it can't be changed without the game breaking in some way at some point. It ranges from Actors doing stuff at the wrong time of day, to quests not progressing, to CTDs.
