Strange bug, I think?

Whenever I try to enter the science lab in rivet city, i'll load in perfectly fine for about 1 second, and then i get another loading screen that takes me to the divide in the Mojave. has anyone else encountered this?

Remove MMUE or NVEC and start your game over.

Thank you for helping me. But I have another problem, when I go into the citadel I keep getting put in a small patch of land with all of the npcs in a giant cluster in the middle

Please read the FAQ, pay particular attention to "mods that are not compatible with TTW". Reinstall your whole game and start a new game.

Aim to have around 100 plugins at max.
