Anyone tried using texture mods with NVTF?

Has anyone used it with graphics mods?

NVTF is not NVSR, it doesn't replace the heap or mess with critical sections. All it does is fix the microstutter because of Bethesda's engine syncing to 64hz instead of 60hz.
