What voice is missing, I didn't notice any more missing.

"We've got this area locked down" has voice occasinally, both male and female version.
"Everything's above borad" generally has no voice. The same with "We're all clear here".

In Jefferson Memorial, unamed BoS scribe talks to Scribe Bigsley without voice but Bigsley replies with voice.

When this first happened I thought of file damage and audio files were missing. This factor should be excluded.
