missing loads off stuff in the capital wasteland

i just installed TTW on my computer, started up chose to start in the capital wasteland and its full of missing texture error boxes. they are everywhere, it wouldn't have been a problem except doors are missing. i got to megaton after walking the the red box filled wasteland to find every loading door missing. i don't know if it extends elsewhere as i decide as its now unplayable and to find a solution. I'm playing with no additional mods and my load order was correct. I've tried running the TTW installer several times to the same result.

it was the custom ini. must not have have it the first time

I'm having the same issue. I noticed the step in the video that said to copy the settings from falloutcustom.ini to MO2 but when I checked my MyGames\FalloutNV folder I noticed I didn't have a falloutcustom.ini file. I found another thread where someone else had the same problem and it was attributed to bitdefender which I also use. Any advice about how I can move forward? I'm guessing I can't use another persons falloutcustom.ini file.

Just create the falloutcustom.ini yourself and copy in the stuff from faq#INISettings
