Are there any compatibility mods for Real Time Settler for TTW?

G'day,

Just wondering if there are any compatibility mods that add Real Time Settler functionality to TTW? I'm interested in that mod for one of my future playthroughs but I'd steer clear if I can't get Real Time Settler functionality in the Capital Wasteland as well as the Mojave.
