Light touch perk not working?

I think so, it would be nice if we could see or get these modifiers via script somehow without checking every perk.

Also nothiced then TRAVEL light also not working.
I opened a timer on my phone and rocorded movement speed.
light armr/not light armr:with weapon/no weapon:with perk/ no perk.
The perk didnt make my speed faster. For example i runned from wall to wall, and it took 11sec. with weapon in hands it took 13+ sec. with the perk the speed was the same.

Travel Light works for me, I take the perk in every play through.

What armor are you wearing? There's a form list of armors that don't work with the perk.

I tryed to wear light leather armors/ pre war outfits/ no armor.
Noone works.

The perk works as intended. I just tested it by setting the multiplier value of the perk from 10% to 100% and it doubled my movement speed. Maybe you did not notice the improvement because the base movement speed with light armor is already pretty high.

I know it works, I tested it thoroughly. Maybe some mod your using is messing with the form list.

I know Roy, the problem is the method how he tested it is flawed. He measured the time on his phone in short intervals of 11/13sec. The Perk would improve the time by 1.1/1.3sec minus his reaction time for starting/stopping the timer. Of course, there would be no measurable improvement.

Thank you, Aeternus_Malus , I think you right. But still as the title of the discussion about the light armor , the +5% flat crit chance , Im afraid its not working. And its my favorit perk .
