The game refuses to open in windowed mode (always goes fullscreen, even with windowed mode checked)

I've checked windowed mode in the launcher and set the full screen to 0 in the ini files manually and it still opens in full screen. Does anyone know what the heck is happening? This started just out of the blue today, no mods were added or anything. I've got no idea what could possibly be cauusing this. If I try to change the resolution to the resolution I used playing in windowed, it will also say failed to initialize renderer, display doesn't support selected resolution (even though I know it does).

Fixed it by reloading back-up ini files.

You shouldn't have to edit the vanilla ini files for tweaks, use the FalloutCustom.ini so that the game can manage the vanilla ini files as normal.
