I'm on tepid sewers,can't leave anymore because the game just takes too long to load and saving freezes the game for 2-3 mins

Holy sh*t, thats alot of mods that you shouldn't be using with TTW since they are incompatible atm.

Go here viewtopic.php?f=50&t=6878 and disable the mods mentioned.
