Mod Organizer 2 Archive Files

So for some reason after I ran my game and closed it, a multitude of .bsa's in the archives tab of Mod Organizer decided to uncheck themselves. All of the boxes in the tab are greyed out and I am unable to recheck them myself, so instead of starting up Tale of Two Wastelands I am only able to run the vanilla FNV launcher and game using the TTW setting in MO. Does anyone have any idea how to work around this?

Might want to hit the MO2 discord and ask there, usually easier to get help on discord.
