TTW 3.2 skillbooks
It seems that in 3.2 skill books changed into Fallout 3 format. What about their locations? Same as in Fallout 3?

Yes, their locations are not changed.

Yes they were reverted instead of the magazines which are mostly useless and unrewarding.
