This happened to my new playthrough (restarted since some mods needs a fresh start). When I try to enter Agatha's house, I keep getting CTD. Not sure whats causing it.

Did you use VUI+ with California fonts? If so, disable California fonts and enter Agatha's House again. If crash, check if you using latest VUI+ here viewtopic.php?f=24&t=6998. UI crash usually predictable and don't always randomly crash..but troubleshoot is troubleshoot..
If Axonis sees this I'm not slander his mod will make this crash but just precaution if user install VUI+ with California fonts but don't get CTD when disable them.
Also, about Project Nevada
Installation:
Install manually or using your favorite mod manager. If you are only using Project Nevada Core, activate TTW_PNxC.esp; if you are also using Project Nevada - Extra Options, activate TTW_PNxEO.esp instead. PN's Extra Options module uses a slightly different version of the sprint script, so this patch's sprint script override needs to compensate, but the two plugin files are otherwise identical.

Feww..that relief when Vanilla UI+ isn't become an issues. About the sudden crash, I can't help you. Maybe Roy or others will help

It's AWOP.
I don't know how to fix this. You can disable AWOP and go inside the house, but by doing that you will lose all AWOP items and stuff.
