Radios of Two Wasteland

Edits 4 scripts from TTW 3.2.1, which stops the game from disabling Radio New Vegas and Mojave Music Radio when you travel to DC, And Radio Galaxy News and Enclave Radio when you travel to NV.

Rather than edit our scripts, you can check for when the wasteland has changed and re-enable the talking activators. This will make your mod stay compatible with any future revisions, and not break TTW.

You can check the globals bInDCWasteland and bInNVWasteland

I didn't read your post completely, I thought you were talking about other vanilla radios. All of the radio mods work in both wastelands. even converted FO3 radio mods work in NV.
