There is no voice as well..I changed the fallout ini archive settings according to the customfallout.ini but the issue remains the same..If anyone here has/had this problem right from the start pls let me know!

Already tried using another mod manager? FOMM is ancient at this point. Try MO2 or something. Or at least NMM. Also make sure you have archive invalidation activated. Do you have a FalloutCustom.ini in documents? Should have. Also make sure you launch NVSE and not Vanilla FNV. And last but not least, does your FNV.exe have a 4GB flag? Not sure if the TTW installer does it. If not you should maybe grab Roys 4GB patcher from Nexus.
Some mod managers use a own Fallout.ini and ignore the custom one if set up in a specific way. You can disable stuff like this in MO2 under profiles.

Do not use NMM. It's much worse than FOMM.

Were you ever able to fix this issue? I have the same exact issues you're having and I would very much like to fix them so I can play the game properly.

Did you try what I linked in the second post of this thread? Our FAQ has steps to fix this problem.

Re: Pink startup screen, weird red textures and missing actor voice problem
The fix is still the same. You probably aren't editing the proper ini file. Remember that MO2 has the ability to swap ini files per profile. You need to edit the ini files in the profile you use rather than the ini files in the documents folder.
