TTW update installer error

I tried to install the 3.2.1 update and the installer says "TTW files have incorrect version,the update can be installed on version 3.2 only". I definitely have the version 3.2 installed and i don't think i have modified the Taleoftwowastelands.esm. I use mod organizer 2 and the installer paths i use are :
E:\GOG Games\Fallout New Vegas
E:\GOG Games\TTW mods\mods\Tale of Two Wastelands
E:\GOG Games\TTW mods\mods\TTW UPDATE 3.2.1

Have i done something wrong or i have somehow got myself f*cked ?

Download and install Visual C++ Runtime Library as stated in readme file.

I already have the Visual C++ Runtimes from 2005 to 2017. I installed on top the file from the link provided. Same error.

Some people on Discord suggest to open/close the installer several times. Happen to me before and after 5 tries it works.

Tried it about a dozen times and it does not seem to work. I used the installer,chose the update file , corrected the paths and pressed install. I got the error and closed the window (times 12).

I hope i dont have to reinstall...

I think i have modified the TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm. I removed the Modulates voice flag from the Scorched Sierra power armor (kinda forgot to report it as bug). Can this mess with the installer?

Yes. If you altered taleoftwowastelands.esm in any way.
Any change to the taleoftwowastelands.esm and the installer will detect the "anomaly". Not allowing the installation to proceed.
Always make a patch instead of changing TTW files themselves.

Reinstalling TTW and running the installer as admin did the trick.
