Can't Exit Vault 101

Hi, as the title says I can't exit from the vault 101 Cave at the start of the game, it starts the loading screen but stays there and doesn't move forward, as it is I'm using some mods, only the suggested ones, or the ones other users use . I tried everything, i don't know either if it's my computer, but even if it is an old piece of scrap I was running at 45-60 fps inside.

and there's User Interface Organizer at the bottom of the order, i really don't know what else to do, I'm using MO2, which is the first I use it (I always use Wrye Bash for every other Game).

First thing I notice is that the Mod load order seems kind of random, no? Keep in mind that MO loads them into the game after how they are sorted. Works different to Wyrebash.
Also make sure your plugins are sorted. If you don't know how to sort properly, use LOOT. Better than nothing. Even though not even LOOT is perfect.

And the other thing is that I wouldn't even be sure if all of the mods you use are fully compatible. There are some unknown ones for me. I actually thought that the LVL100 mod is actually NOT supported by TTW. Not entirely sure here though, never used it.

Already tried to disable all mods and try to start a new game? This creates a clean save without mods except TTW. You can also use TTW Quickstart if you don't wanna bother with the Vault 101 tutorial. Its on Nexus.

yeah thanks,in the end someone helped me on the discord server, it was stutter remover, the ini settings.
