[Solved] Hockey Mask Causes Game to Hang

I'm having an issue where if I attempt to put on a hockey mask, the game freezes up—the camera stops moving, mouse clicks/button presses do not register, etc. I then have to ALT-TAB to the desktop and restart the game. As far as I know, I have no mods that modify the hockey mask via mesh or ESP.

I opened up XEdit, and the only generic hockey mask I could find was referenced in the FalloutNV.esm, and it was modified only by TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm. I copied the FNV record as an override into an ESP to see if TTW.esm was causing the problem, and there was no change.

It isn't a huge deal to me, as I am unlikely to use hockey masks, but I would like to find out what the issue is. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for the response, Roy. You were correct.

In case anyone comes across this same issue, the mod "Unique Clothing Stat Improvements" was the culprit. I don't know exactly why yet, since it only affects unique items, but deactivating it has eliminated the problem.
