(Solved) Sound Problem
During conversations the volume goes silent. I can hear people when walking by them just problem with conversations. I am running the game through mo2.

We need more information than that...
Are you doing a vanilla or modded run? If it's the latter then copy-paste your mod list here. Also are you using the legacy version or 3.2?

I am running max Level cap 99, Beware of GIRL Type 3, Project Nevada core, NVAC- New Vegas Anti Crash, New Vegas Stutter Remover. I am using version 3.2 of ttw

I have solved the problem. Evidently the game doesn't like surround sound so I had to switch it to stereo sound oddly enough it fixed it.
