Ok so I just uninstalled and reinstalled Fallout 3 & NV and reinstalled TTW. When I launch the NV exe as an admin, it launches and gets to the screen that says "Please Stand By" and then crashes. I did read the FAQ on this issue but I could not make heads or tails of it. Thank you for the help so far guys, I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time
