With permission from audiocd, I have converted the Water Edges Fix mod from Fallout 3 to work with TTW. This mod fixes the flickering and solid lines where water meets land, pillars, objects, etc. and gives it a more seamless appearance. Images can be found on the original mod page using the nexus link.
To install, download the WaterFix.rar, extract the the esp file, place in your Data folder, and enable in the mod manager of your choosing. OPTIONAL, add the following to your FalloutCustom.ini file:
[Display]
fNearDistance=9
fNearDistance is set to 5 by default, but set this to 9 to minimize z-fighting for water edges to increase mod performance. HOWEVER, adjusting this setting will screw up distant LOD and also iron sighting. It's not necessary, so use at your own discretion.
You only need the converted file from the link at the bottom, but please download/endorse the original mod to give credit where credit is due. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23311?tab=files
All credit goes to audiocd.

Be aware messing with fNearDistance will screw up distant LOD and also iron sighting.

Wasn't aware of that, Roy. Thanks for letting me know. I'll add that to the description.

Yeah I found out when I added it to FOV Slider. There's only a small window that's usable, but it usually causes rifle stocks to clip and distant lod stops rendering correctly.
