I having the problem with the water showing through any other texture when using an ENB.
I tried the usual disabled AA, AF and Water Displacement and it didn't work.
The only "solution" I found was to disable Water entirely.
Does anybody know how to solve that?

This happened to me as well, spent a good deal of time searching for 'solutions' but in the end nothing worked. I gave up on using ENBs, most of the time I have to do a lot of tweaking to make them look right and when it's not that it just glitches my game. Now I use lighting overhaul mods instead, they're performance friendly (if you care about that) and still manage to improve the game's visuals without the extra hassle and baggage that ENBs come with.
RWL does a pretty good job and it has been patched for TTW 3.2, only con is that it's an exterior-only mod. None has been converted for interiors yet.

If you did the shader package tweak, that's probably why.
