Massive Frame Drops around Capital Wasteland

When I first installed the mod immediately ran into huge FPS spikes when exiting Vault 101. I also get huge spike randomly when walking around the Capital Wasteland. I do not mean so waste peoples time, but I have no clue what could be causing this problem. If anyone has an idea on how to fix this problem that would be great.

One other person had this issue, no idea what caused it or if they found any solution.

I suspect it's an antivirus related issue.

Thanks for the reply Roy, I disabled windows defender for the Fallout.exe and that seemed to get rid of the big FPS drops that I have been receiving around the Capital Wasteland. I still get a couple FPS drops here and there but its generally a drop of 2 FPS.
