Would be super nice to include IDs in a document so we can .addperk and test out everything you add/tinker with! Saves a bit of time from loading it up in the geck and finding it ourselves.

With JIP LN NVSE plugin you can use the search command in the console if you know the names of stuff to get form ID's.

You can also filter the search to a form type, like perk which is type 86

This is SUPER helpful... Skyrim/Fallout 4 spoiled me with their /help function. Going to go play around with this now, thanks for pointing me in the right direction! ^_^

Updated: Version 1.1

Changes :
1. Removed Pacifist due to similarities to Good Natured, replaced with Nasty Disposition.
2. Removed dirty edits (cleaned)
3. Fixed some naming issues that were bugging me.
4. Added Text File with New Traits - No FormID's because I'm lazy and just search for them.

Known Issues:
Mephistopheles gives 2000 caps instead of 5000 - my fault. - fixed

To do:
1. Add traits from Torn, J.E. Sawyers Fallout Tabletop, and Lionheart.
2. Start on Perks.
3. Figure out how to do MCM menus, so I can make the new non-cannon traits toggle-able

Note:
1. If updating from Version 1, make sure you remove the trait Pacifist if you picked it, as it no longer exists with version 1.1.
- Use the command <player.removeperk [the ID]>

Slight problem with the Tank trait, all drugs includes Stimpacks, Rad-x and Radaway... Stims being a lesser issue since food heals you but Radaway's a different matter entirely. Not a lot of food that soaks up rads and you can't get that perk that lets you sleep rads off till .... I think it's somewhere around level 20.

You do make a good point, however I kinda did this intentionally.

Edit: Tank has been made into a perk with the nerf for the next release anyway.

Update: Recommended Void's mod as an alternative for now.
