Super Mutants & Rifles Question

Hi!

Recently started TTW and I'm loving it. Great work to all who've worked on it. I was looking for advice for fixing an issue regarding a mod conflict with TTW.

I use a mod that I didn't have the same issue with just FNV. There is this Dead Money Horror Overhaul mod that I use from dragbody. It a complete overhaul of Dead Money giving it a horror feel, hence the name. When I have in installed along with TTW, the super mutants in the game are unable to equip an rifles like the .32 rifle or Assault Rifles, or even throw grenades. They just resort to punching. When i unistall DMHO, the problem no longer occurs. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? I've tried to research it myself, but I'm just having some trouble making heads or tails of why the overhaul would affect vanilla super mutants. I'm able to live without DMHO, but I would still like to fix it if I can.

I apologize if this isn't the place to post this issue, I've also asked around on the GUNetwork. Any ideas on why it is happening or advice for fixing it would be appreciated.

That mean that mod overwrites/changes the custom animations for the Super Mutants that TTW does.
I don't really know how to fix that without potentially breaking the mod.

You would have to remove or overwrite the animations from that mod with the TTW ones, to make Super Mutants use the weapons again.

The SuperMutantWeapons form list is probably being overwritten, this is a common cause of the problem.

Would it be possible to just re-edit the SuperMutantWeapons and manually add those weapons?

I had this issue with my damage overhaul. For some reason, the super mutants did not have their weapon equip formlist elements filled, which caused them to just use their fists. It's an easy fix; you just copy over the formlist element from the original super mutant records.
