I would love a new perk mod sans junk/useless perks and ones that also cover people who don't use VATS. Also one this is not buggy and just adding stuff for the sake of it.

No it wasn't sarcasm, I was referencing both PN (perks for non-vats users) and More Perks (useless/junk/buggy perks).

I know PN core works but I was under the impression that PN extras and More perks had not been patched yet. Please let me know if this is incorrect. Love both those mods.

They are not patched, yet. He was referring to the base mods. Especially More Perks is awfully buggy and overloaded with useless perks.

I guess its a matter of preference concerning useless perks. I consider them to be adding more flavor for the game kind of like most other mods out there.
