I'm only using TTW to be able to play Fallout 3 on Windows 10, so I appreciate a mod like this that restores a more vanilla feature of Fallout 3 - particularly as I won't be going to the Mojave (at least on this character, maybe a future playthrough I will). Plus I chose my characters SPECIAL stats bearing in mind I could get +1 Bobbleheads to them haha

Even if you don't go to the mojave with perk per level and a cap of level 50 they are not necessary due to the perks you can take.
