TTW Installer not downloading files to FO3 GOTY Path

Hello,
I've used TTW before. So i came back after awhile. Had to reinstall windows (HDD died), and reinstalled both FNV and FO3. I followed the installation video exactly. My main problem is when i launch the TTW Installer.exe, choose the correct file paths and it finishes installing, nothing gets installed to the fo3 folder. As a result, when i launch MO 2, the app doesn't detect any fo3 esp's, or the TTW mod. But it does detect the game's filepath. It's just the installer won't install anything to the FO3 gamepath. FNV gets the TTW files without a problem though.

The other little issue i have is when i first saw that failed, i tried to run "TTW Install without OGG Reencoding.exe" , and it says windows can't detect the TTW Installer.exe. So I copied the file to windows sys32, then i tried it again. Now it's saying windows can't detect xdelta3.dll file, i copied that too, but still the same answer, it still can't detect xdelta3.dll. So i removed both from sys32. Now this isn't really a big deal, but i don't know if it would help figure out my issue.

I'm using Windows 7, Installed the proper .Netframeworks, and the C++ packages for both games and MO2. Used 7zip to unpack files. Even set FO3 game to where it's not "read-only".

The last time i installed TTW was with FOMM, and it worked fine. The way the current build is setup, I can't unpack the files in a way to install it manually. Is there anything you guys can think of, that might help my situation?

One last trick that i'm going to try is to change the steam library folder, to a new folder called Games, or something. So instead of the filepath looking like this, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty" It should look something like this. "C:\Games\Steam library\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty". That's how i had the previous TTW setup on.

TTW installs into New Vegas, not Fallout 3.

i could've sworn there was some files that went into the fo3 directory, my bad. anyways i fixed the issue, you can delete the thread.

No. The installer only pulls out of the FO3 folder. After the install is complete you can actually go ahead and uninstall FO3 all together if you want to. Especially if maybe you need to get back come disk space. Of course if you do that and you need to reinstall TTW then you would need to install FO3 again before installing TTW.

That's true. Didn't think about that in regards to 3.2.
