Can't Start Game

I was running fine and had half of the Wasteland Survival Guide completed. Quit for the day and came back the next and the game would not start. Right before it would get to the main screen where you start or continue a game it just keep quiting back to the desktop. After spending quite a bit of time messing around trying different things like uninstalling and completely removing all of the mods I had installed and still not being able to start I decided to just do a complete clean and reinstall. I flushed everything and reinstalled FONV clean on Steam. I then ran FONV which worked fine. But again after installing TTW and only TTW, no mods at all , it's doing exactly the same thing. Any ideas as to what the issue is? And yes I checked my load order and it's exactly what it's suppose to be.

Check your antivirus quarantine logs.

If the TTW or JIPLN plugins are missing it will crash just before getting to the menu.

Well Roy you nailed it. Went back and checked and TTW.esm was not enabled along with all of the FO3 esms amd the yup esm. Not sure how the heck that happened. I could have sworn everything was activated when I checked things after the initial installation. Anyway thanks and this will be something I'll check more closely in the future.
